To return your order, we invite you to follow the steps below:

We remind you that the return is free of charge in France, and at your expense from abroad. We advise you to return your package via our partner Colissimo. You have a legal period of 14 days upon receipt of your package to make your request for return.

To create your account on the Marie Sixtine online store, enter your email address, which becomes your login and other required information in the appropriate fields.
Changing your password, or your billing information is very simple. Click on "My Account" and enter your username and password. Once logged in, you can view and change your personal information.
When you click on the forgotten password link, please enter the email address you used to create your account. Your password will be emailed to you instantly. Be sure to check your junk mail or spam folder in case you do not receive it.
Subscribe to the newsletter of the online store Marie Sixtine by registering your email from the home page in the newsletter section at the bottom of the page. You will be informed of the news of the online store and our exclusive offers.

3. Control
To place an order on the Marie Sixtine boutique, simply browse the site by accessing the products offered in the different categories. You can browse by type of item or by universe. Then choose the items you wish to purchase by clicking on "Add to cart". Once your products are in the basket, you can check the contents of the basket by clicking on the basket, then let yourself be guided by clicking on the "Order" button. Your order is prepared within 48 working hours in our warehouses, then given to the carrier according to the delivery method and the country you have chosen. The delivery time is between 2 and 5 days after the delivery of your order to the carrier.
All orders are prepared and shipped within 48 hours (while stocks last). Once your order is shipped, an email will be automatically sent to you.

5. Shipping and Receiving

If your carrier is Colissimo or Colissimo International, the package is delivered directly to your home and if you are not at home at that time, a notice will be left in your mailbox. This notice indicates the time and day of the delivery as well as the post office where you can collect the parcel. You will then have to go to the post office indicated with the notice of passage left by the letter carrier and an identity document to withdraw it. You will have 14 days to return the parcel, after which it will be returned to us.

7. Technical problems

In each Marie Sixtine product a detailed label is attached to the inside of the garment with specific instructions for cleaning and care. If an item shrinks after cleaning, we assume that the care instructions have not been followed. Unfortunately, Marie Sixtine will not be able to replace items that have changed "shape" due to improper cleaning, or that are the result of normal wear and tear.
